"This is a miniature version of Rainribbon, made in 1997 as an accessory for the pony.  It had a former life as a pencil topper unicorn from the 1980s and moved on to become what it is today when Rainribbon noticed someone else's 'custom MLP charmies' on her website!  Although it is difficult to see in the fuzzy video camcorder image, the mini Rainribbon has the same full symbol as the pony she replicates, and she wears a pink bow on her tail and a Swarovski crystal around her neck.  This is the first time that she has been photographed to be displayed to the public!"

"Here is a watercolor, pencil and ink painting that Rainribbon titled simply 'A Few of my Favorite Things.'  This was created in 1998 for a senior AP French class in Rainribbon's high school.  The class took a trip to the Art Institute of Chicago, and were required thereafter to complete one of several possible assignments from a list of choices.  The choice that Rainribbon took was to create a work of art that represented surrealism and one that represented Cubism and describe to the class in French why each example contained elements of its art form.
This picture is surrealist because it contains objects from odd or shifted perspectives (the pony pictured was drawn looking down at it as it laid on its side, and in the picture it appears to be standing up, but the view is off for one who has viewed a pony from the proper perspective), because its elements are arranged oddly, and because of the morph from paint drops into lizard.  The painting is named 'A Few of my Favorite Things' because it contains just that: a few of Rainribbon's favorite things.  The favorite things shown in the piece are My Little Ponies, Snapple (and iced tea in general), herpetology (mostly lizards), stuffed animals (represented by the Ty tag), board games (including Scrabble), books (a French book was chosen for the painting simply because it was for a French class; any book would have served equally well), and computers (in the picture is Rainribbon's old Macintosh, which she thankfully no longer uses).
The Cubist picture that went along with this for the assignment cannot be located at this time.  It was a broken series of colored plains titled 'Rubix-Cubism,' for the plains represented the colored portions of a Rubix Cube, as if it were separated into parts."

"This is the purse that Rainribbon made as an accessory for the 'Most Pony' contest at the summer 2001 Midwest My Little Pony meet!  The Rainribbon was painted onto the canvas purse in acrylics, then lavender puff paint was used to highlight the outline.  After that, Rainribbon painted black over the puff paint and glued on chenille strands for the hair.  Underneath the mane, the pony is actually bald-no mane or tail was painted on underneath the chenille 'hairs.'  The Rainribbon on the purse also has a tiny Swarovski crystal in her eye, and the butterfly is 3-dimensional.  The ribbon accent at the top was also added."
