| "This was the first ever animated gif Rainribbon ever made. It was a Welcome banner for the front page of this website, but it was never used because it was too ugly." |

| "Here is an animated gif of Rainribbon, meant to be used as a general purpose graphic for posting on message boards and to use to link to Rainribbon's site. Each of the two frames was created pixel-by-pixel, with a mouse. The first frame, in which Rainribbon's eyes are open, took approximately 6 hours to create. Dark Firefly can attest to the difficulty Rainribbon had with this image, as Firefly was chatting with Rainribbon as she struggled to create that first frame. On the left, you may see one of the steps in this grueling creative process." | |

| "Here is another test animation that Rainribbon created. As you should be able to tell, it is a picture of Rainribbon yelling worriedly. It is meant to be basic, but will perhaps be embellished at a later date (to include motion of the hair that is being blown by the wind) and embedded into another type of file, such as a Flash animation. Rainribbon has created several simple Flash animations using the first frame of this image as her test samples to see if she could repeat what she did in the tutorials with her own graphics. If you would like to see these odd movies, in which a motionless Rainribbon is dragged along a two-dimensional plane, email Rainribbon to let her know! You might want to ask about the movie which Stormwing described as 'Aah! Help me! I'm sliding down green Jell-O and I can't stooooooooop!!!' since that is by far the worst, and most amusing, of the videos involving that image." |

| "On the right is an animation of Firefly flying (obviously). The original outline (on the left) was made of Wildshadow for her contest, but the animation looks less choppy (though still rather poor) when the pony has a two-tone gradient body color and hair color. The image really needs about three additional frames to make it look good, but Rainribbon has not had the chance to make it better. If each frame is separated out from the whole, however, it's not so bad." | |

| "This is an ad Rainribbon made for free chocolate! She was giving away some free candy bars in her area, and she decided to use a cute little pony to encourage people to take the candy (not that most people need encouragement to take candy)! What could be more enticing in advertising than a sweet little newborn pony? Not much! So Rainribbon made the ad using Baby Yoyo as her idea (it was drawn freehand, on the computer) and she changed the symbols to simple lollipops, since those seemed to match the idea of candy eating better than yoyos. This custom newborn, who has earned the name 'Li'l Lollipop,' also has blue eyes, which differ from Baby Yoyo's yellow eyes." |
