Mare Ann's Puzzlement Mare Ann A great site with a wonderfully laid out theme involving puzzle pieces, lovely custom ponies, and clean graphics.
K's Ponyland Princess Twinkle Star This site takes a while to load, and requires Flash, but, like all the other sites listed here,  it is worth the wait.  This is a multimedia site focused on the 1999-2000 ponies!
Wiggles' Sheer Vanity Wiggles This is a cute My Little Pony site that has a place to adopt animated pony images for websites, original artwork, and more.  It sticks to a Nursery theme throughout and has excellent graphics!
Flutter Valley *~Princess Sapphire~* This is a large pony site with many different things to see and do.  It has MLP ICQ skins, an online slide puzzle, and some useful information pages.
Pinwheel's Starlight Valley Pinwheel Another well laid out site with original pony graphics done in an original style.  Starlight Valley uses striking color combinations and wonderful  images to catch the attention of the viewer!
The Dream Cloud Lady NorthStar Once again losing energy for writing the volumes of praise about these sites, I can say that this one is excellent overall, with clean graphics and well written segments.  The ways to tell you're obsessed with ponies page is great!
Sugarberry's Berry Patch Sugarberry This site has an almost complete set of photos of the US ponies, and lots of ponies sold only in other countries, too.  Another site with incredible, original style custom drawings of ponies!
Firefly's Dark Fantasy Dark Firefly A site that is not meant for viewing by children, the Dark Fantasy is a newer version of the original "Firefly's Fantasy."  This site explores Ponyland from the owner's perspective, with great cartoons, original artwork and stories!
Flowerburst's Fantasy Flowerburst A lovely site with clean graphics, Flowerburst's opinions, and photos of Flowerburst's spectacular personal Dream Valley, which is truly a sight to behold (I know, I've seen it in person)!
Erin's My Little Pony Paradise Erin A cute site with unique graphics, made by a beginning website designer!

Aisha Ears   BC =^..^=   Black_Cat, or BC, whom I met on the Neopets game, was the first person to enter her site for the Two Tails award way back when it was first created!  At that time, her website crashed my computer due to its background music, so I couldn't give the award to her site.  Now, she has a much more navigable website, and her listing has been moved from the "Individuals who have won the award" section to here!

Sithel   Sithel's and TiccaTicca's Homepage!   Sithel is not a Ponyperson, she is a Neopets person. I met her in the Aisha Pack, and she inspired me to start fooling around with some JavaScript and to use it for the first time on my pages. She is an interesting person to chat with, and is willing to give advice on websites when asked. For example, the JavaScript drag-down menu bars on my site are there because of a suggestion from Sithel. She also makes very nice graphics and websites.
